Russell-Hughes Cyf. has been instructed by Parkfield Homes Ltd. to carry out a Pre-Application Consultation for the proposed development above.
Notice is given that Parkfield Homes Ltd. is intending to apply for full planning permission for the erection of 31 new residential dwellings.
As the proposed development is defined as a major development a Pre-Application Consultation is required as outlined in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning
(Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016 before a full planning application can be submitted for the proposal.
PROPOSED SCHEME DESCRIPTION
The proposal is for the erection of 31 new residential dwellings, three of which are to be affordable homes. The housing mix for the proposal is as follows:
4 No. two-bedroom apartments
11 No. pairs of semi-detached two storey three-bedroom dwellings
1 No. single detached three-bedroom dwelling
4 No. four-bedroom detached dwellings
The dwellings are located on either side of a newly formed estate road to serve the development central to the site with private gardens for each dwelling
