We were approached to provide a scheme for the client to modernise an existing farmhouse to create a new residential dwelling for them to use as a family home. The scheme also included the conversion of an existing adjacent vacant farmhouse and other outbuildings on the site into five separate residential units.
The converted farmhouse and outbuildings are now used as high quality holiday lets with the renovated farmhouse used as a private residential dwelling.
